⚡ In Evidence Fendi has adopted these Operation Instructions in order to ensure compliance with applicable Sanctions Laws that prohibit commercial activity, directly or indirectly, with certain individuals or entities.

Fendi does not allow any direct or indirect sale to a person/client who is identified as being included in US, EU or UK sanction lists. Fendi Stores are not authorized to perform a sale to a registered or otherwise identified client who is found to be included in US, EU or UK sanction lists. Fendi Stores shall refrain to perform a sale to a client, of any nationality, when he/she knows that the client will export the product to or for use in Russia/Belarus.
